Often we've been asked if we have any fitness programs or exercises that can be performed to aid a Goalkeeper, so we've decided to post some helpful videos here.
We've collaborated with a fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainer, Tyrone Langley, to put together some material that can be used as guidance.
The best thing is no gym is required! All the exercises posted here can be completed in the comfort of your own home with no equipment needed.
You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury and you are taking part at your own risk.
